Personality! you can be the best looking guy in the world but if there is no personality it doesn't matter. On the flipside, a less attractive but funny guy always becomes better looking :)
I agree with Beth - a person with confidence - but would also add that the qualities of being considerate, honest, and funny are a little higher on the list for me.
This book was actually on a recommendation list for me the other day. Obviously, I have to read it now. :o) Thanks for the giveaway!
