Book Giveaway!

Congrats to Shelena for winning Reclaiming Nick.

Today I'm giving away Gone with the Groom about a groom that disappears before the wedding. Is it cold feet or a kidnapping? (Why do we call it kidnapping even when it's an adult?) To enter to win, leave a comment with a detail from your wedding or a detail you would like to have at your future wedding. To get a second entry, leave a second comment letting me know you follow the blog.

My sister will pick a random number next Tuesday. I can only ship to the US.

Thanks!

Being that I'm not married, I'd like to have my bridesmaids carry yellow tulips. Or if tulips are out of season then yellow roses.

For my future wedding I do not want to wear a veil, I'd like to wear a diamond-studded crown instead. This symbolizes that I'm the daughter of Christ, which is royalty and I will get to feel like a princess :) Thanks for the giveaway opportunity!

When I got married my receptions were Hawaiian themed and everyone could come in shorts and Hawaiian shirts if they wanted. I wore a holoku and my husband wore a lava-lava that matched.

We were thankful that we were married in an air conditioned church as it was 90 degrees that day- very hot for us PNW people in Washington. We had ice cream cones as part of the refreshments- good thing ! -Cheryl
